With a strong background in IT audit, risk management, and Governance, Risk & Controls (GRC), Maman has successfully led secure digital transformation initiatives across multiple industries, including pharma, manufacturing, and business services.
As the Principal Partner at EugeneZonda – Cybersecurity Consultants and Founder of Ginkgo Resilience LTD, Maman empowers organizations to turn cybersecurity from a compliance burden into a strategic advantage. His expertise includes developing robust security frameworks, optimizing costs, and fostering a culture of cyber resilience. His leadership has saved businesses over £150 million through effective risk management, contract negotiation, and third-party oversight.
Maman is actively involved in the global cybersecurity community, contributing to organizations such as CIISec, the UK Cyber Security Council, ISACA, (ISC)², PMI, Cloud Security Alliance, and more. His work on frameworks like the Cloud Controls Matrix (CCMv4.0) and CCAK demonstrates his commitment to advancing industry best practices.
He has also served as an IT Audit Advisory Member of ISACA and volunteered in developing the CISSP and CCSP exam question banks. His contributions extend to industry-defining initiatives, including the OWASP Top 10 Agentic AI Security Risks Project and the World Economic Forum’s Cyber Resilience Compass.
