Maman is an entrepreneur at heart, building businesses from the ground up and advising companies on creating B2B solutions. Today, he advises organizations through his role at EugeneZonda, operating across multiple sectors, including pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and business services.
Maman Ibrahim is the founder of DiamondSoul and the creator of The Decision Layer, a principal-only risk governance practice serving boards, audit committees, and senior risk leaders at regulated firms.
He brings more than two decades in cyber and digital risk governance, audit, and assurance. His career spans manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and business services, with senior leadership chapters at Michelin, GSK, and Haleon. There he owned information security, data privacy, data ethics, and cybersecurity assurance through periods of major transformation. His risk leadership has saved organisations more than £150 million through disciplined risk management, contract negotiation, and third-party oversight.
The Decision Layer rests on an integrated three-layer methodology: Risk Taxonomy, Decision Architecture, Decision Infrastructure. It turns fragmented risk work into board confidence, fundable decisions, and audit-ready proof, anchored at article level to obligations. He works with ARC Chairs, NEDs, CROs, CISOs, CIOs, and CAEs whose decisions must hold under successor reading and regulatory scrutiny. The practice is delivered personally. No associates. No offshoring.
He is a member of the Forbes Technology Council and an Advisory Board Member of the Ethos Institute, with published work across Forbes, CIO.com, and CSO Online. He has contributed to the OWASP Top 10 for Agentic AI Security Risks, the World Economic Forum Cyber Resilience Compass, and the Cloud Security Alliance Cloud Controls Matrix. He is fluent in French.
